Location: Remote (Client is located in Florida)
Type: Contract (W-2 or C2C)
Duration: TBD - Client is planning Go live in a month, unsure the configuration/itegration efforts
Start Date: ASAP - Client is available next week to speak within 24 hour notice
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Integration Consultant to support a public sector client undergoing a critical transformation between its SAP HR (S/4HANA) system and Euna Sherpa (formerly Public Budget Formulation). The client currently uses manual processes with Excel and Power Query and is looking to establish a streamlined, best-practice integration between the two platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the client's current state data exchange process between SAP HR and Euna Sherpa.
- Design and recommend a scalable integration framework to replace Excel- and Power Query-based processes.
- Provide best practices for system communication between budget and HR platforms.
- Collaborate with internal IT, HR, and budgeting teams to validate solution requirements.
- Lead or advise on implementation planning as the Euna Sherpa go-live approaches.
- Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP HR, including configuration and data integration (S/4HANA preferred).
- Direct experience or deep familiarity with Euna Sherpa or Euna Budget solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise integrating SAP systems with third-party applications.
- Ability to modernize and automate manual data processes (Excel, Power Query, etc.).
- Consulting experience in public sector or state government environments highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience supporting Euna Sherpa implementation or integration efforts.
- Familiarity with public budgeting workflows and policies.
