Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infoblox L3 Engineer to join our team, supporting onsite operations at either Quincy/Boston, MA or Princeton, NJ. This role demands strong expertise in Infoblox DDI Solutions, IP address management, DNS/DHCP lifecycle management, and hardware/software upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, engineering, deployment, and upgrades of Infoblox DDI solutions.
• Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management for optimal performance and security.
• Deploy and upgrade Infoblox hardware, software, and virtual appliances.
• Perform troubleshooting for DDI/NTP, NetScaler, and F5 related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor health and performance of Infoblox, F5, and NetScaler devices.
• Handle incidents, changes, and RITMs through ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, SOPs, network schematics, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in proactive/reactive/predictive analysis and reporting.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise at L3/SME level in Infoblox DDI solutions.
• Solid experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of F5 and NetScaler is a plus.
• Experience with device configuration, internal OS upgrades, and hardware deployment.

• Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and client organizations.
• Capable of quickly learning new and emerging technologies.
• Ability to review SOWs and other contractual documentation.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with Infoblox and DDI solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
