Over 10 Years of IT Experience.

Over 6 Years as AI Enablement Coach.

AI enablement coach who is proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf AI, Amazon Q, and other AI tools. Responsibilities of this role would include driving adoption of AI tools across Engineering teams, by guiding developers and business users on value proposition of AI tools and by assisting them in clearing any roadblocks.

Strong background in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools, frameworks, and coding
assistants. Specific tools and frameworks of interest include Github Copilot,
Windsurf, ChatGPT, PO Assist, Dev Assist, and QA
Assist. Additional tools and accelerators will be adopted as the organization s AI
strategy evolves and matures.
Excellent communication and coaching skills; ability to guide teams at varying
levels of AI maturity.
Proven track record of driving adoption of new technologies across engineering
organizations.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance innovation and
practicality.
