- IVR development and scripting

- Genesys Framework (Routing, Reporting, Configuration)

- Java, Python, JavaScript proficiency
- Contact Center network topology
- Integration with third-party systems and platforms
- Agile methodology familiarity
- Design documentation skills
Role Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned Genesys Developer with deep expertise in both on-premise and cloud-based contact center solutions. This hybrid role in Addison, TX offers the opportunity to lead implementations, build integrations, and optimize enterprise-grade customer experience platforms.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex environments, and drive innovation using Genesys and NICE technologies.
