Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated ID Proofing Support Engineer for a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity.
- This role will support our Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives with a strong focus on ID Proofing tools and workflows.
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jumio (preferred) or similar ID proofing technologies and a solid foundation in IAM principles.
- Familiarity with Java and experience with the Ping Identity suite are considered strong assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and operational oversight for ID Proofing tools, especially Jumio or equivalent solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ID Proofing workflows and integrations within IAM frameworks.
- Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless identity verification and onboarding experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ID Proofing-related issues across the stack, including API integrations, configuration errors, and user verification flows.
- Contribute to the implementation, scaling, and tuning of ID Proofing services to meet growing enterprise demands.
- Document technical processes, support playbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in the transition from contract to full-time, supporting long-term strategic IAM initiatives.
