RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior PM/Project Coordinator remotely.

Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of key program processes and artifacts including program schedule, collaboration site, SmartSheet administration, risk and issue tracking, Cost tracking, etc. This position works in close coordination with the Program Manager as well as other project managers, leads and team members. The Program Coordinator ensures that artifacts are updated and is proactively working with team members to meet commitments. The Program Coordinator will also own program level meeting coordination, logistics, meeting minutes and follow ups.

Job Duties:
* Document, update and maintain project and program schedules
* Provide early warning on project schedule task due dates
* Support and track as needed key risks and issues; Keeps risk and issue logs accurate, current and updated
* Support and document all program changes and key decisions as needed
* Maintain project collaboration spaces including SharePoint or Teams
* Administers SmartSheet and other program tools
* Administers key meetings including logistics, meeting minutes and follow up as needed
* Perform other duties in service of the program as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field
* 1-5 years in project management, project coordination or managing consulting experience
* Emerging experience in project and program management lifecycle, tools and processes
* Basic experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet & Jira
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Travel: Travels less than 5% of the time
* General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
