Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects, including end-to-end requirements elicitation and technical documentation (use cases, traceability, data modeling, prototyping).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in technical writing, presentations, and collaboration; proficient with MS Office and prototyping/mock-up tools.
- Hands-on experience managing client requirements and translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to testing automation, database validation, or Salesforce projects.
- Background in process improvement, change leadership, or domain experience in Oil & Gas or compliance-related projects.
