This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-evolving environments and enjoys architecting modern, forward-looking solutions. Currently, we're focused on technologies like Snowflake, Confluent Kafka, and MuleSoft, and we value adaptability and innovation as much as technical expertise.

Lead end-to-end data integration initiatives. Use your analytical mindset to extract insights and build scalable solutions that support both current and future business needs.
  • 20% Technical Leadership & Mentorship
Champion a data-driven culture. Provide mentorship and share best practices around modern integration technologies and methodologies.
  • 10% Strategic Collaboration & Administration
Participate in architectural planning sessions and cross-functional meetings, offering thought leadership on data trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
Required Skills:
  • Strong background in enterprise data integration and system connectivity.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing integration workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, cloud databases, and proprietary systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft, Kafka, and Snowflake, and a passion for staying on the cutting edge of technology.
  • Solid understanding of database architecture (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake) and both relational and non-relational data concepts.
  • Experience with SOQL and integrating Salesforce data with external systems, including deep familiarity with object relationships and data management best practices.
  • Proven leadership in mentoring peers and driving innovation within engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in identifying root causes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Skills:
  • Future-Forward Thinking: Passionate about exploring AI, automation, and next-gen integration strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define needs and deliver solutions.
  • Process Documentation & Compliance: Skilled in documenting workflows, configurations, and ensuring integration processes align with governance standards.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Able to quickly identify and resolve integration issues to reduce impact on operations.
  • Solution Support: Act as a go-to resource for complex integration challenges, offering guidance and recommendations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences; able to navigate across teams, departments, and geographic locations.
  • Impact Evaluation: Skilled at assessing how changes in integration strategies affect existing systems and downstream processes.
