Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level network and system administration operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can scale IT infrastructure while ensuring reliability and performance. Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Manage and mentor a team of network and system administrators, fostering growth and collaboration.
Oversee the configuration and management of Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco-based systems.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and efficiency.
Supervise the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems and swift resolution of issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business operations and support growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations for future reference.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience leading network and system administration teams.
Expertise in Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco technologies, including CCNP or CCIE certifications.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to manage and scale IT operations in a growing organization.
Proficiency in supervising Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide diverse teams.
