Role name: Google Cloud Platform Architect
Work Location: PA Area
This role requires 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), with hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX and Contact Center AI Services (CCAS). Candidates should be skilled in Python, RESTful APIs, and Google Cloud Platform tools like Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery. Knowledge of Agentic AI, Gen AI, and CCAI Insights is highly valued. Preferred qualifications include Google Cloud certifications and experience with Speech-to-Text, Agent Assist, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
