Title: Program Manager Scope of support: Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence & Tooling/ BI teams. Collaborates with Technical Product Operations team. Reports to: Catherine Overview: We are seeking a strong "get stuff done program manager with strong logistic, execution, and complex coordination abilities. Excellent content creation, editing, and graphic design skills.
Help with all the "behind-the-scenes magic and adding a level of professionalism to all our communications.
Responsibilities:
- Operations, Organization, & Logistics Lead
- Operations, logistics, and coordination support as needed. Keep teams on track and operating efficiently. Help find and close gaps to organizational processes and systems.
- Support EACoE /Tooling team to coordinate roadmaps and drive quarterly planning across multiple intersecting initiatives.
- Partner closely with Head of (Change management) to execute and own communications, messaging, and brand perception for the Agile CoE & Tooling team.
- Sharepoint Ways of Working Hub updates - help us drive a shared roadmap on how we show up as #oneteam through SharePoint, Wikis, and comms strategy
- Tooling team
- Technical Product Operations (collaborates with)
- Help define and manage EACoE & Tool team communications "release process / means by which we socialize new guidance to the organization
- Become expert of how to navigate communications channels at ***& liase with Corporate Communications teams, SharePoint owners, and various teams to optimize how messaging circulates effectively to support our teams with their jobs to be done including managing multiple org-wide change efforts.
- Help set up Town Hall events, Lunch & Learns, etc. as needed o Increase communications professionalism
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Take lead in creating and shaping organizational messaging & key communications
- Increase our graphic design polish and professionalism of visual communications in Confluence, SharePoint, and PPT artifacts.
- Manage/ track key MS Teams channel communications and Enterprise Agiel CoE inbox and ensure inquiries get a timely response
- Support and potentially replace current lead as head of training logistics.
- Lead regular sessions to coordinate training schedule and trainers' source from Agile CoE team
- Liase with Learning & Development to sync calendars & upload trainings into the L&D platform by the 15th of every month
- Help EACoE team organize artifacts in SharePoint file structures and ensure training content and key products are findable and transparent
