RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager to oversee multiple government-mandated programs impacting mobile products.
Summary:
This role focuses on compliance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of high-visibility initiatives related to customer data privacy and identity protection.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate across legal, compliance, business, and technical stakeholders to define scope, track progress, and meet regulatory deadlines
* Develop and maintain project artifacts including scope documents, project schedules, status reports, and risk logs using Microsoft Project and Office tools
* Produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate updates, challenges, and mitigation strategies
* Support change management efforts including frontline team awareness, customer communication planning, and process definition
* Ensure alignment with budget constraints and regulatory milestones, adjusting plans as needed to accommodate evolving government requirements
* Drive initiatives from pilot to production, including cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and post-launch support
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in regulated industries (telecom, government, healthcare, etc.)
* Demonstrated experience leading projects with legal, compliance, or regulatory components
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Project
* Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to frequent changes in project scope and regulatory requirements
* Experience defining and rolling out new operational processes across customer-facing and internal teams
* The ideal candidate will have strong business project management skills, with experience navigating legal, regulatory, and internal change management processes
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working on telecommunications products or services
* Familiarity with government mandates impacting data privacy or mobile communications
* Exposure to technical teams or IT project environments (bonus, not required)
* While a background in IT is beneficial, it is not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
