Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Location: Remote
Travel: Monthly travel required
Client Type: Oil & Gas
Duration: 4-7 months - potential to extend
Rate: $60-$70/hr.
Project Overview
The Service Now Project Manager will oversee the implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module within the organization. This project aims to streamline portfolio management processes, enhance decision making capabilities, and optimize resource allocation.
The project objectives are to:
  • Implement ServiceNow Portfolio Management
  • Define governance processes for portfolio prioritization, approval, and oversight.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and tools for data exchange and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager will develop and execute project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Skills:
  • ServiceNow Expertise
  • Highly proficient in waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Broad understanding of portfolio management concepts
