Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee engineering service operations, ensuring project delivery meets business goals.
Develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives aligned with industry best practices.
Manage cross-functional teams working on software development, system architecture, and cloud solutions.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership to drive technical roadmaps and innovation.
Optimize engineering processes, automation, and scalability to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards in engineering projects.
Drive talent development, mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for engineering projects and services.
Required Qualifications:
15-20 years of experience in engineering services, software development, or IT infrastructure leadership.
Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering teams and complex projects.
Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system design, and security principles.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring successful project execution.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AI/ML, IoT, or emerging technologies.
Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and DevSecOps frameworks.
