Position Overview

Our client is seeking motivated and detail-oriented NOC Analysts for its Eyes on Glass operations team. This team plays a critical role in monitoring network systems, infrastructure, and applications across the enterprise to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

You will monitor alarms and alerts, identify incidents, execute predefined procedures, and communicate outages in real time. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network devices, interfaces, applications, and systems using intelligent monitoring tools and automation platforms.

  • Create and manage incident tickets, service requests, change requests, and work orders.

  • Issue initial outage notifications and coordinate technical bridges for major incidents.

  • Apply fix procedures and playbook steps for recurring alerts and events.

  • Isolate and correlate multiple customer issues to eliminate duplicate events.

  • Execute tasks and changes as directed by predefined Run Books, Playbooks, and Business Rules.

  • Provide feedback to improve alarm configurations, processes, and operational documentation.

  • Escalate incidents when required and ensure timely follow-up and closure.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Network Operations Center (NOC), telecommunications, or IT operations support environment.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and monitoring tools.

    • Familiarity with incident/ticket management systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to follow operational playbooks and procedures precisely.

    • Works well independently or within a team environment.

  • Availability: Willingness to support varying shift schedules in a 24x7 operations center.

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
