Job Details
Experience: 10+ years overall, with strong telecom & subscription process knowledge
Role Summary:
This role will function as the business-facing process and documentation lead. The Business Analyst will work closely with MSI s post-deployment and provisioning teams to define, document, and validate requirements that will drive automation and faster activation.
The BA will translate business issues into structured requirements, ensure alignment with best practices, and maintain full documentation to support both delivery and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with post-deployment, provisioning, and sales teams to capture end-to-end process requirements.
- Document current-state vs. desired future-state workflows and highlight manual gaps.
- Create Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability across business and technical requirements.
- Define business rules for order, modification, and cancellation flows.
- Work with Solution Architect to validate process improvements and data flow changes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system dependencies, ownership, and data responsibilities.
- Drive alignment with telecom/subscription industry best practices.
- Support UAT and business validation to confirm successful adoption of changes.
Required Skills
- Experience in telecom, cloud provisioning, or subscription lifecycle management.
- Strong process documentation skills (Visio, Confluence, Jira).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Order Management systems.
- Excellent communication and workshop-facilitation ability.
- Proven success operating in Agile environments.
- Analytical mindset with attention to systemic detail and business impact.

- Approved and traceable requirements backlog (Jira).
- Documented process baseline and future-state alignment.
- Smooth stakeholder communication and minimal rework during sprints.
