Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement new application systems

Interview key stakeholders to elicit requirements to identify functional and non-functional needs, develop prototypes, create specifications documents, and present to IT and functional staff as appropriate

Analyze requested changes by conducting impact analysis of the interdependencies of existing functionality to avoid negative impacts to existing applications systems

Develop and configure solutions according to secure coding standards and best practices

Perform functional, regression, security, and operational testing for all changes

Maintain, troubleshoot, and fix errors in existing application systems affecting usability or process outcomes

Provide root cause analysis of application related issues

Obtain end user satisfaction with all system changes

Evaluate software tools and techniques to determine potential use in existing and new applications

Conduct peer review process to ensure coding standards are followed and to improve quality

Qualifications:

Strong SQL skills

Ability to support SaaS based solutions

Knowledge of employee benefits administration

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interpret and analyze user needs and to clearly document solutions

Ability to work with vendor partners and third party consultants with minimal supervision

Ability to learn and understand the business which is key to meeting the business need

Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work while managing multiple assignments and tasks, following each through to completion within given deadlines

Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a highly motivated, fast paced, and effective team

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required to meet commitments

Desire to stay current and maintain a level of expertise with technology advances via seminars, literature, and formal training

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
