Job Description
Our client is seeking to hire an Associate Director, Marketing - Heme to join their team for 10 months starting in May 2025 with opportunity to be remote or hybrid. This role will report to the Associate Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Cell and Gene Therapy Operations.


The Associate Director will be responsible for leading global tactics for Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) for CASGEVY, a novel CRISPR-based gene therapy for transfusion dependent beta-thalassemia (TDT) and sickle cell disease (SCD). We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support deliverables targeting the global CASGEVY ATC network. This role will work closely with North American and International Heme Business Units, Apheresis and Infusion Operations, Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Data, Technology and Engineering to ensure alignment and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Global technical training, content and materials for ATCs in partnership with the Associate Director, ATC Strategy and Operations ensuring alignment with overall global commercial strategy for CASGEVY
  • Manage and engage with scientific communications agency on tactic development
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions and content reviews & drive reviews and approval of global materials through quality & CRC review processes
  • Support compilation of global talking points and FAQs for authorized treatment centers, support content development as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or science
  • 8 years+ of marketing, consulting or agency experience in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience with scientific communications agency on tactic development
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives that require collaboration across multiple functional areas
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong ability to execute tactically
  • Operational and project management skillset
  • Training material development and CRC experience
  • Technical system training material development for external audiences a plus
