  • 5+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM), including 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level CMDB architectures.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience in CMDB/Discovery projects.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Mid Server configuration, and credential management.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and best practices for implementation.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficient in configuring horizontal and top-down Discovery, patterns, and probes.
  • Skilled in integrating CMDB with external systems via APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL v4/v3, particularly Configuration, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Expertise in data reconciliation, normalization, and CI lifecycle management.
  • Experience configuring mid servers across multiple domains.
  • Familiarity with CMDB Health dashboards, Data Certification, and CMDB Query Builder.
  • Strong background in configuring Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and Discovery Rules.
