Role Overview:
Seeking a highly capable End user Computing Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end infrastructure operations across hardware, software, depot logistics, and store IT readiness.
This role is critical to supporting mass deployment initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of technology rollouts across 1500 retail locations.
Key Responsibilities Project Execution Oversight:
Manage infrastructure rollout plans including depot staging, imaging, and deployment of POS tablets and devices.
Conduct daily standups with technical teams, domain managers to track progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies.
Coordinate with architecture leads, depot vendors, and EUC teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Own the tech stack and ensure all components (hardware, OS, Intune provisioning, network) are aligned and functioning.
Operational Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite EUC infrastructure needs.
Monitor and manage inventory, equipment lifecycle, and depot logistics.
Drive resolution of store-level IT issues, including connectivity, device failures, and ticket escalations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Retail Service Center, store managers, and internal IT teams.
Partner with leadership to define service models and transition plans for outsourcing.
Support ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy governance objectives from Follett.
Reporting Compliance:
Track deployment metrics, ticket resolution rates, and infrastructure health.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and internal standards.
Required Skills Experience:
7 - 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management or IT operations.
Strong understanding of depot logistics, device provisioning (Intune), and EUC support.
Proven ability to manage large-scale rollouts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ServiceNow, POS systems, and retail IT environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or ITIL certification.
Experience working in hybrid environments and managing remote teams.
Familiarity with retail store operations.
