Job Details
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the testing team to ensure timely and effective execution of test activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on testing best practices and methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.
- Creation of Test plans across the test phases, Design, create, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate SAP ERP business process flows/System functionality.
- Monitor and report progress and results of testing activities, including test coverage, effort, and test KPI s.
- Defect Management & Coordination.
- Ability to grasp technical details of ERP testing
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing including Upgrade projects (Must have) & Implementation
- Strong experience in creating comprehensive test plans, Test Scenario, and test Cases for SAP projects.
- Proficiency in testing various SAP modules SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, Logistics, WM, QM in ECC 6.0
- Expertise in different types of testing like Unit Testing, SIT including Regression testing and UAT
- Experience in testing SAP integrations with third-party systems and applications
- Expertise in Test Management Tools - SolMan Focus Build (Must have) & ALM
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- SAP certifications on various SAP modules would be a significant advantage.
- Experience in leading cross functional teams.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication Skills and stake holder management
