Job Details

Remote - Must be in the six state footprint (MI, OH, IN, IL, WI, KY)

  • 5-10 years of experience working as a Release Train Engineer
  • Strong SAFe Agile experience
  • Any experience working on POS projects within an retail environment is s big plus
  • Must be in the six state footprint, but remote is OK
  • Bullseye will be someone out of retail/grocery, ideally with experience in POS upgrades/transformation (Scrum Master we just filled had heavy retail and POS experience)

3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted on resume)

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) has primary purpose of supporting and coaching an Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional environments. The RTE helps resolve and escalate impediments, manages risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement. The RTE is accountable for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of value through the program.
