Onsite from day 1: Hybrid
Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration:
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain the Camunda BPM platform and its associated

infrastructure, including databases and application servers.
Performance Monitoring:
Use Camunda Cockpit, Operate, and Optimize tools to monitor process execution,

analyze performance, and identify bottlenecks.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Camunda workflows, processes, and

integrations, ensuring minimal downtime.
Infrastructure Management:
Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity procedures for the

Camunda environment.
Integration:

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Camunda and external systems,

ensuring smooth data flow.
Technical Support & Documentation:
Provide technical guidance and training to users and development teams, and create

and maintain detailed documentation for the platform and processes.
Collaboration:
Work with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand

requirements, design solutions, and support process deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of the Camunda BPM platform architecture, process modeling

(BPMN 2.0), and decision modeling (DMN).
Development Skills:
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs for developing integrations and

custom plugins.
Tools:


Experience with Camunda Cockpit, Modeler, and Operate for process management and

monitoring.
Databases & Middleware:
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and middleware

technologies like Apache Tomcat.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to

work effectively in agile teams.
