Strategic Partnership Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Strategic Partnership Associate in Orlando, FL.

Summary:
As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of global partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners-including our Ventures teams-to help shape initiatives that drive portfolio growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders
* Draft and refine strategic documents, partnership proposals, and benefit analyses
* Create compelling presentations for senior leadership and global teams
* Support the evaluation and development of joint ventures and strategic alliances
* Collaborate with the Ventures teams and other business units
* Maintain organized documentation and follow-up actions for partnership initiatives
* Contribute to strategic planning and execution of global partnership efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field
* 2-3 years of professional experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global setting

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in multicultural or international environments
* Familiarity with venture capital, venture building, or corporate innovation
* Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
* Language skills: German or Spanish preferred; Other languages a plus
* Understanding of AI applications in business or strategy
* Experience with tools like Miro, Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
* Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
