Data Collection: 9/30/2025 Unit Information: (insert name) Location: North Cypress MAIN CAMPUS Address: 21214 NW FWY Floor: 1st Building: MAIN HOSPITAL General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 163 Number of Staff 3 days/eves- 2 nights Type of staff: o Day Shift Registered CT Tech o Night Shift - Registered CT Tech Patient Ratios 2.5 tech to 100% of cases Type of equipment CAT SCAN EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ARRT CT, MRT (Teaxs ) BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. No less than 2 years experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): ALL CT , ALL XRAY Best personality Fit: Team Player- personable, polite, professional REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ARRT CT , MRT- Texas Floating Area(s): NONE Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Scrubs green preferred, not required Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
