Job Details

Key Requirements:

  • Strong skills with general network and identity access management skills, along with expertise in data extraction, migration, and license management, user rights, user group management, etc.
  • Experience with Office 365 Migration, Active Directory and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Cisco networking equipment.
  • Network administration, firewall and security configuration, wireless access point configuration and migration routing, switching, VPN set up.
  • Microsoft Tenant migration toolset experience.
  • Microsoft GCC High tenant separation and configuration -- experience separating and migrating DoD/CUI (controlled unclassified information) data and associated ACLs.
  • Familiarity with CUI data separation and access control list separation (on-prem Fileshares / Azure Tenant).

Responsibilities:

  • Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer s networks and in-house servers.
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
  • Ensure that email and data storage networks work properly.
  • Keep an eye out for needed updates.
  • Support and administer third-party applications.
  • Ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, coordinate computer network access and use, and test for weaknesses.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Resolve problems reported by the end-user.
  • Define network policies and procedures.
  • Specify system requirements and design solutions.
  • Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
  • Consult clients to specify system requirements and design solutions.
