R&R:
- Align with Enterprise architect to construct and review the design
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand the requirements and design the architecture
Lead and Architect the TrackWise Digital requirements for Intake Portal

Individual Contributor working as a Solution Architect with the team.

JD:

• Lead requirement architecture workshops with business team to design the solutions and construct the specification and design workflows
• Knowledge and experience in end to end TrackWise Digital configuration and SDFC
• Lead business requirements analysis, perform Impact analysis and risk assessment of technical requirements
• Work closely with development team to ensure system configured as per client requirement
• Present multiple design strategies in TWD and align with stakeholders with the best and acceptable design
• Identify any technical roadblocks and provide strategies to identify workarounds
• Conduct product and process demo to business team
• Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems with TrackWise Digital
• Extensive Knowledge of Pharma Quality Management Process- Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc.
• Prepare training material for the processes configured and Conduct functional and Technical training
• Hands on experience in preparing and reviewing various Validation documents , such as FS, CS, etc.
• Willing to travel to client sites to liaise with the staff at all levels of the client organization
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings
• Good knowledge on software development life cycle with experience in all project phases
• Relevant Experience of 9-12 years
• Excellent Leadership skills to help team achieve high performance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to Business team
