Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, Va
Interview: In Person Only
Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade SailPoint from 8.3 to 8.4/8.5 with minimal disruption.
  • Design and implement Access History database including approval workflow history.
  • Enable/configure audit logging for SailPoint environment.
  • Troubleshoot and correct bugs, inefficiencies, and coding issues.
  • Conduct reviews of coding and business processes; recommend improvements.
  • Customize/optimize email notifications and approval workflows.
  • Manage supervisor accounts, disabled statuses, and role vs. entitlement requirements for AD integration.
  • Implement workflows for multiple approvers, background check automation, deprovisioning alerts, and rehire processes.
  • Maintain service account inventories and enforce onboarding/role definition standards.
  • Ensure compliance for privileged/service account approvals and discretionary access models.
  • Lead data cleanup, validation, and lifecycle management of accounts.

Required/Desired Skills:

Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and upgrades. Required 3 Years
Skilled in writing and reviewing complex SailPoint Beanshell or Java code and XML configurations. Required 3 Years
Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory and other enterprise systems. Required 3 Years
