Job Details
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, Va
Interview: In Person Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade SailPoint from 8.3 to 8.4/8.5 with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement Access History database including approval workflow history.
- Enable/configure audit logging for SailPoint environment.
- Troubleshoot and correct bugs, inefficiencies, and coding issues.
- Conduct reviews of coding and business processes; recommend improvements.
- Customize/optimize email notifications and approval workflows.
- Manage supervisor accounts, disabled statuses, and role vs. entitlement requirements for AD integration.
- Implement workflows for multiple approvers, background check automation, deprovisioning alerts, and rehire processes.
- Maintain service account inventories and enforce onboarding/role definition standards.
- Ensure compliance for privileged/service account approvals and discretionary access models.
- Lead data cleanup, validation, and lifecycle management of accounts.
