Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lawson HR/Infor Global HR Consultant for one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Infor CloudSuite HCM, especially with Global HR (GHR) modules, and a solid understanding of core HR business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Infor Global HR (GHR) modules.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Infor CloudSuite HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users and HR teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Manage system configurations, data maintenance, and workflow updates.
  • Work on issue resolution, testing, enhancements, and production support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and system upgrades.
  • Provide training and documentation to HR and IT users.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Global HR (GHR); 10+ years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Infor CloudSuite HCM including Core HR, Organizational Structures, Positions, and Talent modules.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle Infor HCM implementation.
  • Proficiency with Infor ION, Configuration Console, and system security setups.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Nice to Have:

  • Infor certifications in GHR or HCM modules.
  • Experience in the retail or enterprise HR domain.
