Job Details

Required:

  1. Needs Sr. Engineers for our eCRM project, ideally with experience in AI and/or Agentforce.
  2. Salesforce AI cert is perfect, any AgentForce is great
  3. Taking over support tickets initially, other work streams (contact center, etc.) they ll support moving forward
  4. Login assist exp is helpful, KM (knowledge Management) side exp is also very helpful
