Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Coach two Scrum teams to increase Agile maturity while maintaining sustainable, productive development velocity.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.
  • CollaboXX with Product Owners to resolve challenges and ensure priorities align with business KPIs.
  • Maintain and report on Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, defect trends, velocity).
  • Support backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning for successful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and remove obstacles to ensure team focus and delivery.
  • Champion Agile principles and SAFe practices across the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative, trusting team environment focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Influence Agile behavior among stakeholders and provide actionable feedback.
  • Coach teams to self-organize and improve Agile performance and mindset.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
  • Significant hands-on experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working with Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and remove roadblocks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and experienced in tracking Agile metrics.
  • Experience in coaching and enabling self-organizing teams.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
  • Experience supporting Agile Release Trains or acting as a Release Train Engineer.
