Job Description:

- As a Scrum Master, candidates will play a central role in delivering innovative solutions that help reshape how the world manages risk.
- This is a unique opportunity to lead agile teams in an environment that blends deep technical expertise, product innovation, and agile practices.
- Coach two Scrum teams to increase Agile maturity while maintaining sustainable, productive development velocity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution.
- CollaboXX with Product Owners to resolve challenges and ensure priorities align with business KPIs.
- Maintain and report on Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, defect trends, velocity).
- Support backlog grooming, user story refinement, and sprint planning for successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles to ensure team focus and delivery.
- Champion Agile principles and SAFe practices across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative, trusting team environment focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Influence Agile behavior among stakeholders and provide actionable feedback.
- Coach teams to self-organize and improve Agile performance and mindset.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
- Significant hands-on experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working with Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and remove roadblocks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and experienced in tracking Agile metrics.
- Experience in coaching and enabling self-organizing teams.
- Experience in matrixed organizations and influencing without authority.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Experience supporting Agile Release Trains or acting as a Release Train Engineer.
