Job Title: Business Process Improvement Manager
Location: Austin, Tx
Interview: In-person/WebCam
Job Description:
  • Conduct process assessments and analyze existing workflows and inefficiencies within the DPS operational or IT service environments.
  • Identify bottlenecks, gaps, or redundancies in current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for proposed solutions.
  • Document and present process designs, workflows, and improvement plans.
  • May involve defining or specifying system requirements for technology implementations related to process optimization.
  • Provide implementation support, training documentation, and process rollout guidance.
