Position: Senior Premier SCM Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 2+ year contract with extension possibility

Job Description:

Our client is seekingaskilled and dedicated Senior Programmer Analyst with extensive technical experience and operational understanding of the Premier SCM application platform to maintain these environments while the client migrates to Workday. The candidate should present comprehensive knowledge maintaining Premier solutions. Our consultant will serve as the main point of contact in supporting and maintaining these applications within the health system. This individual's primary responsibility will be to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Premier SCM systems. His/Her expertise in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and deploying technical solutions will play a crucial role in keeping the lights on for these essential business functions.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

  • 2+ Years of Premier Technical Experience while supporting and maintaining the Premier SCM applications
  • 2+ unique experiences implementing or supporting Premier SCM applications, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Expertise in Premier SCM application troubleshooting, maintenance, report writing and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Supply Chain and IT teams
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, interacting with business domain users and developers to keep the Premier SCM platforms running smoothly
  2. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Premier SCM system issues reported by business users, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with SCM business domain users, IT personnel, and vendor support to troubleshoot and address complex issues while ensuring effective collaboration.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in generating reports using Premier reporting tools to provide actionable insights to SCM leadership.
  5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolution procedures to create a knowledge base for future reference.
  6. Data management: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the Premier SCM world, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  7. Incident Management: Address and resolve assigned support tickets related to Premier SCM, tracking and documenting issues from identification to resolution.
