Job Title: Mobile Automation Engineer
Job Description
As a Mobile Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and prototype Android and iOS applications for both phone and tablet platforms, intended for internal and external use. You will participate in the full app life-cycle, from developing automation scripts to testing and releasing to the app store. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to contribute to new product ideas, designs, and prototypes, while keeping abreast of current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms. You will drive best practices for continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all features in development.

Job Description
As a Mobile Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and prototype Android and iOS applications for both phone and tablet platforms, intended for internal and external use. Responsibilities
- Design and build native mobile applications on the Android platform.
- Develop automation scripts and participate in testing and releasing applications to app stores.
- Collaborate with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes, and estimates.
- Stay updated on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.
- Implement best practices to continuously improve products, processes, and tools.
- Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.
- Collaborate with the design team to define app features.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications to specifications.
- Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Fix application bugs before final release.
- Publish applications on App Store.
- Maintain the code and automation of the application.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Android/iOS Development using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Proficient in Android native test automation solutions using Kotlin.
- Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI.
- Extensive knowledge of Xcode.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
- Experience in mobile test automation with Appium for Android and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, and usage of Camera APIs.
- Experience with web services, REST services, CSS, HTML, and XML.
