Job Description:
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: 2 6 years.
- Voice and non-voice communication (customer support through calls, chat, and email).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Level 1 technical support experience troubleshooting browsers (cache, cookies), mobile apps, and related technical issues.
- Handling incoming calls and chats related to registration/login, navigation, and other technical problems.
- Domain Experience.
- Healthcare domain experience: Mandatory.
