Role: Construction Technology Deployment Lead
Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite)
Duration: Short term contract
Job Description:
We're looking for a senior professional with expert-level experience in technology infrastructure planning and deployment within large-scale construction projects. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of technology systems throughout the facility construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of technology infrastructure across new builds and renovations.
- Create and manage detailed technology deployment schedules aligned with construction timelines.
- Conduct construction design reviews to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and integration of technology systems.
- Act as the primary SME ensuring seamless integration of technology services with architects, construction teams, engineers, and IT.
- Apply strong systems analysis & design expertise to resolve complex coordination challenges.
Required Experience:
- Expert-level background in technology infrastructure deployment within construction environments.
- Proven ability to manage and integrate technology schedules into large construction projects.
- Strong experience in construction design review and technology system integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
