Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the SAP integration, ensuring on-time delivery by year-end.
  • Coordinate four distinct integration methods, including GT Nexus, API connectivity, and automated goods-receipt workflows.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization s strategic objectives and operational roadmap.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and budget status.
  • Support continuity by documenting processes and ensuring knowledge transfer for future phases.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in system or data integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration workflows and data mapping (SAP knowledge a plus but not required).
  • Familiarity with GT Nexus or similar supply chain platforms strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-phase projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating across global or distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with ERP migrations or SAP-related initiatives.
  • Exposure to distribution, logistics, or supply chain transformation projects.
