Who we are looking for
The Head of FX Trading Products role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for GlobalLink's core foreign exchange trading platforms aligned with business and market needs. The role is responsible for leading a global team of business analysts to design and implement new product features and capabilities.

GlobalLink is State Street's global suite of market leading electronic trading platforms providing solutions for market participants designed to increase transparency, improve trading efficiency and deliver quantifiable execution. Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for
As the Head of FX Trading Products for GlobalLink , your responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering closely with business heads, sales managers, and clients to develop a product strategy that exceeds growth targets while increasing the competitive strengths of the products.
  • Leading product roadmap planning and prioritization while balancing short-term and long-term goals and effectively managing trade-offs.
  • Effectively managing a global product team responsible for product improvement, issue resolution, big data and reporting, regulatory reporting and compliance, external partnerships, vendor management, and internal/external communication
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation across technology, integration, product, risk, sales, marketing, compliance, legal, and finance teams
  • Building/maintaining close relationships with buy-side clients and sell-side partners while representing GlobalLink Foreign Exchange at industry functions, market gatherings, and product sponsored events.
  • Serving as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to drive functional awareness, feature adoption, and successful partnerships

  • Adept at managing multiple projects/initiatives (strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously)
  • Great team skills, but must be a self-starter, have ability to work under pressure, and must be able to demonstrate excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Great liaison skills with customers and all levels of internal staff. Proven people manager.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Up to 25% travel required for both internal management and client purposes.
  • A natural leader and motivator.
  • Aptitude for, and common-sense approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
