Job Description:

  • Looking for PHP Laravel Developer Lead to join in our Industry Cloud & Digital sector, where you will play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and maintaining sophisticated web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences, with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure optimized compatibility across major browsers including Safari and Chrome, addressing cross-browser performance issues effectively.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements and support post-launch.
  • Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management, enabling smooth collaboration and continuous integration processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment to elevate overall team performance.

Required Skills:

  • PHP 7.x and above (primary backend technology)
  • Laravel Framework (expert level)
  • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Git version control.
  • Cross-browser compatibility (Safari, Chrome)
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
