Job Title : CTMS Code and Component Remediation

Location : Irving, TX (100% Remote)
Duration : 12 Month

Seeking an experienced Code Remediation Developer to perform code security assessment and remediation on client security applications

Job Duties -

Analyze security vulnerability reports and identify remediation steps for web applications and backend systems.
Implement and test security fixes in applications written in:
Classic ASP, Perl, (C#), Java
React, HTML, JavaScript
Perform code-level remediation for OWASP Top 10 issues (e.g., XSS, SQL Injection, CSRF).
Write and refactor SQL queries to prevent injection attacks and improve security.
Collaborate with application teams to integrate secure coding standards in both legacy and modern systems.
Configure and secure IIS environments, applying security headers, disabling insecure modules, and enforcing HTTPS.
Review and remediate insecure configurations in SQL Server and IIS.
Work with QA and security teams to verify fixes via static/dynamic scanning and manual testing.
Maintain proper documentation of changes, mitigations, and accepted risks.
Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to developers on secure coding techniques.
Assist with risk assessments and threat modeling for new and existing applications.

Job Requirements - Competencies:

5+ years of Experience performing code remediation
Classic ASP
Perl
(C#)
HTML
Javascript
SQL Server (writing and executing sql queries)
IIS configuration
React
Java
