IAM Analyst

A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking an IAM Analyst - Identity & Access Management to join their team. This fully remote role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate testing, and perform data analysis for IAM initiatives, including onboarding, access governance, and compliance transformation.

About the Opportunity:

• Remote: 100% remote (U.S. based)


• Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday


• Setting: Corporate / financial services environment

Responsibilities:

• The IAM Analyst will be responsible for:


• Gathering and documenting requirements for application onboarding, provisioning, and certifications


• Developing test cases/scripts, performing testing, and validating IAM solutions


• Analyzing data across ServiceNow, AD/RACF/LDAP, HR, and application sources to support use cases


• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and governance structures


• Conducting proactive reviews of account access and authorization to maintain security posture

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems Analytics, Data Analytics, or IAM/IGA product support (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.)


• 5+ years of IAM operations, governance, or stakeholder engagement experience (financial services preferred)


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and solution delivery within IAM domains


• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise between business and IT

Desired Skills:

• Experience leading or mentoring teams in IAM-related initiatives


• Hands-on experience developing and executing certifications in SailPoint or Saviynt


• Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and presentation skills
