Job Details
Lead ServiceNow Developer
We re looking for a hands-on Lead Software Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow, JavaScript, and DevOps practices. You ll lead scalable software and ServiceNow solutions, drive AI/ML integration, and mentor a growing team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design & development of ServiceNow applications (Workflows, Catalogs, CMDB, IntegrationHub).
- Guide development teams and enforce clean code practices.
- Drive DevOps processes (CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code).
- Integrate AI services and intelligent automation into platforms.
- Ensure system security, performance, and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and architectures (microservices, event-driven, domain-driven).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s in CS or related field.
- 8+ years in software development; 2+ years in a lead role.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+), ServiceNow scripting, and architecture experience.
- Familiar with AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
- Experience with system integration and enterprise platforms.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).
- Experience with React, Node.js, Agile/Scrum, and AI-driven workflows or chatbots.
