ERP Systems Cost Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Systems Cost Accounting Manager to lead and manage all aspects of cost accounting, procurement accounting, finance integration, and inventory control within our ERP system, along with the execution of strategic and tactical projects. Assist with oversight of all systems planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security, and infrastructure in relation to costing platform. Manage and direct activities of staff based on the business priorities while ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure comprehensive visibility and control over product costs and inventory valuation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Leadership, peers and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop and implement systems and support structure for the Inventory and Finance ERP system.
• Develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India.
• Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud with a proprietary backend .net system.
• Monitor key organization requirements such as the daily execution and distribution of information. Direct any corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.
• Manage all cost accounting activities, including standard cost development, overhead allocation, and cost roll-ups within the ERP system.
• Oversee systems accounting for procurement transactions, including purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoicing.
• Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.
• Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or related field
• Masters degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with implementation of large Oracle Cloud ERP systems - Procurement suite.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, strong attention to detail
