Responsibilities:
- Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
- Collaborate with client personnel in Specialty Software Engineering
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years experience of Specialty Software Engineering
- Hands on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- CSA Certification
Nice to Have:
- CAD Certification
