We are seeking to hire a Sr Oracle EPM Admin/Lead Consultant to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a Financial Services client located in New York City.
This role may have some remote capabilities, but will primarily require being onsite in NYC.
Being a US Cit and being clearable for a background check is also required.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).
An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.
Sr. EPM Administrator / Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
This role is critical to the stability, optimization, and sustainability of the Oracle EPM Cloud platform across modules such as Planning, EPCM, and EDM. The Sr. Admin will serve as the internal subject matter expert and technical steward of the platform, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term scalability.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Owns system administration of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite, including system monitoring, patch management, performance tuning, and usage analytics.
- Manages user administration in collaboration with the security team, including role provisioning, access troubleshooting, and audit readiness.
- Oversees metadata management and master data updates to ensure consistent reporting and planning hierarchies across modules.
- Coordinates and maintains data integrations with upstream and downstream systems, including data load schedules, error handling, and interface mapping updates.
- Designs and implements minor enhancements to business rules, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows in response to evolving business needs.
- Provides Tier 2/3 support to end-users, acting as the escalation point for complex issues requiring platform-level resolution.
- Maintains detailed system documentation for configuration, changes, and integrations to support governance and compliance.
- Acts as a business-IT liaison for major enhancement or upgrade initiatives and contributes to change management and training efforts.
- Manages application and artifact migrations across environments (e.g., Dev to Test to Prod), including forms, business rules, security settings, metadata, and integration configurations.
- Coordinates with functional and technical teams to package and validate artifacts before migration, maintain environment consistency, and ensure rollback plans are in place in case of issues. Supports release schedules and promotes deployment best practices.
