Scrum Master
Introduction:
The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in our team, ensuring that Agile principles are implemented effectively to deliver high-quality mobile applications in the retail domain. They will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Agile development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in project management and/or Scrum Master roles
- Work in a SAFe Agile Environment, ensuring Agile practices are followed
- Manage risks and issues effectively throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience as a business analyst or tester, understanding the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, with additional Agile certifications as a plus
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience in project management and/or Scrum Master roles
- Work in a SAFe Agile Environment
- Mobile applications development experience
- Retail domain knowledge
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
