Role: Appian Business Analyst
Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)

- Work closely with client Product owner/Business SME to understand existing business process, walkthrough the legacy application and document the functional and non-functional requirements, user journey, pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in application/data discovery to identify priorities, scope, and requirements including UI, business rules, reports, user group access rules, reference/meta data for the process.
- Conduct detail mapping of workflow requirements with Appian platform and gap analysis. Write clear and well-structured functional user stories mapped to Appian platform.
- Schedule and host User story grooming session to ensure acceptance from Client Product Owner/ business SME and development team.
