Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with North American Payroll (NA Payroll) with the Canada (CA) extension and be proficient in PeopleSoft version 9.2. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to implement, optimize, and support PeopleSoft Payroll solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll, with expertise in North American Payroll (NA Payroll) Canada extension (Mandatory).
  • In-depth functional knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll module (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of payroll taxation, compliance, benefits, and deductions specific to Canada.
  • Experience in payroll processing cycles, retroactive payroll adjustments, off-cycle payroll runs, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot PeopleSoft Payroll tables, paygroups, tax tables, and pay calendars.
  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft Query, PS Tools, PeopleCode, and integration with third-party payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and interact effectively with stakeholders.
