Apex has an opportunity for a CRM Campaign Specialist to join our fast-paced Banking Industry client partner on an exciting initiative!

Location: Boston, MA

Term: 12 Mo.

Responsibilities

The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end setup, QA, and execution of CRM email campaigns ensuring campaign accuracy, audience quality, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency in SQL and campaign automation tools with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across channels, specially email

Manage day-to-day campaign operations from design through QA, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with colleagues and client-partners to make sure campaign design aligns with goals

Perform quality assurance testing before activating customer communications

Write SQL queries, validate data, and troubleshoot issues with logic, workflows, or audience quality to ensure high campaign accuracy.

Monitor campaigns to ensure deliverability and performance.

Approach projects with curiosity, integrity, and a focus on delivering measurable results

Tackle technical challenges with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to keep campaigns on track.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, direct mail, digital marketing, computer science or related fields

5+ years of hands-on campaign development experience using platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Unica, Oracle Responsys

Solid experience with SQL (such as SQL Server, SAS, Snowflake)

Strong understanding of campaign flows, relational databases, and backend processes.

Familiarity with HTML and email design principles to collaborate effectively with creative teams.

Detail-oriented and process-driven with the ability to manage complexity and shifting priorities.
