Job Details

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand staffing services across targeted industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to understand workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing business deals.

  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and quality candidates are delivered in a timely manner.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and emerging client needs.

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through consistent prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.

  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.

  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service offerings to prospective clients.

  • Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
